As a part of today’s documentary programme on the 6th ZFF at 5 p.m. in SC cinema look at 'Bomb Harvest', a shocking film document about consequences of war in Laos, the most bombed country in history whose inhabitants still have to deal with results of US bombings today, three generations later. In the same block do not miss 'Train of Freedom', a film directed by the guest of the 6th ZFF Karina Correa who documented the trail of a train riding the oldest route in Kosovo which used to have a very important trading and traffic role in the past, and today the same route serves to calm down ethnic tension.
Last but not least, our third dox ‘Madrid – the Shadow of a Dream’ tells the story of Spain’s creative explosion during the ‘La Movida’ movement that begun in Spain after dictator Franco died, with some of today’s great stars who took part in the movement, such as director Pedro Almodovar. |
